Built by craftsmen who were tired of watching homeowners get burned.

House Design Zone began in 2022 on S Chugach Street in Palmer, Alaska — one van, three craftsmen, and a simple frustration: too many American homeowners were living through vague quotes, vanishing contractors, and half-finished kitchens.

So we built the renovation company we wished existed. Every project starts with a photorealistic 3D preview and ends with a fixed-price contract we actually honor. Today, our design-build teams serve homeowners coast to coast — but every decision still gets made the way it did on job number one: would we accept this in our own home?
